Shipping and Returns

IMPORTANT!

  • Immediately inspect your hood for any damage in shipping!
  • Plug in and test controls (lights, fan, etc.)
  • Call 1.714.554.9000 or email us at sales@xtremeairusa.com within 3 days to report any damage.

 SHIPPING

  • XtremeAirUSA normally ships items within 1-2 business days from the day that payment is received. A Fedex tracking number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped. The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 2-7 days.
  • XtremeAirUSA presently offers standard shipping when you add your items to the shopping cart. For expedited shipping options, please contact customer service.
  • Canada: Add the item to the shopping cart and then please contact us to receive a shipping estimate. Our website will not calculate the addtional shipping needed for Canada. Please note the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and import charge that may incur. We ship via Fedex Standard and Fedex International services to Canada.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico: please contact us for shipping rates before or once you place your order.  Our website will not calculate additional shipping needed for these destinations.

 

RETURN

Damaged Return

  1.     You must report damage directly to XtremeAirUSA within 7 calendar days .
  2.     Send a photo/video showing the damage or defect. We need this before we can approve your damage claim.
  3.     Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a damage pickup.
  4.     A new replacement hood will be sent to you after the damaged hood has been received and re-inspected.

Undamaged Return within 14 days

  1.   Contact XtremeAirUSA Customer Support within 14 days with your intent and reason for return.
  2.   We will arrange for a return shipping pickup after we approve your return. We may ask for photos of the packaging and/ or product to confirm they are in good condition to ship back to us safely.
  3.   You will be responsible for all shipping costs (2 way shipping= original shipping cost to you and return shipping cost to us).
  4.   Once we receive your returned order, a credit will be issued to the same account purchase was made minus associated costs.

Returned orders WILL NOT be accepted if:

  •   Hood has been installed.
  •   Hood has been custom cut or otherwise altered.
  •   Damage is reported after 7 days.
  •   Original packaging or parts are missing.
  •   THE RETURNED UNIT MUST BE IN THE SAME ORIGINAL CONDITION AS FIRST SHIPPED.

EXCHANGE

  1.  You must request an exchange directly to XtremeAirUSA within 14 days.
  2.  Notify us of your reason for the exchange. Provide a photo if your hood is damaged or defective.
  3.  We will arrange for returned shipping of your hood.
  4.  Once we receive your original hood, we will send the replacement hood to you.
  5.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs (2 way shipping= original shipping cost to you and return shipping cost to us).

MISSING PARTS

  1.   You must report missing parts directly to XtremeAirUSA within 7 days from the day you receive the item.
  2.   Send a photo/video showing which part is missing. We need this before we can approve your missing claim.
  3.   Once your claim is approved, we will arrange ship you the replacement.
  4.   New replacement parts will be sent to you at no cost.

 CREDIT AND REFUND

  •  The returned item will be re-inspected and evaluated. You will be responsible for any repairing costs (if any).
  •  The credit refund is calculated by item price - original shipping cost & return shipping cost - 25% re-stocking fee (if applicable) - repairing cost (if any).
  •  Please Note: - We will only allow one undamaged exchange per purchase. - Your replacement hood must be of equal or lesser value. - If the value of your replacement hood is higher, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price.
